Click to start, then pick the tab / window / screen and tick "share audio".
How it works: hit the button, then in the browser's share picker choose the tab / window /
screen you want and make sure "Share tab audio" (or "Share system audio") is ticked — that's
what captures the sound. Tick + my mic first if you want to talk over the top (commentary,
voiceover). The browser's Stop sharing bar also ends the recording cleanly. Works in
Chrome/Edge; Safari/Firefox can't share tab audio this way. MP4 plays everywhere
(phone/WhatsApp); WebM VP9 squeezes slightly more quality into the same bitrate.
